1st thing is to definitely get yourself together with this whole thing, but you never have to give up. There must be a way to have time for yourself and your new family, you probably won't find the way now but soon down the line there has to be a way.

Also! Shamelessly self promote...try putting your business card on a bunch of pens. They're STUPID cheap when bought in bulk, look and write really nice, and everyone could use a pen. If they lose it it's still working for you, because a line printed out onto the pen describes what you do, another your name, and another your contact information, so it's clear if anybody even just FINDS it, they'll know what to call/email you for. Then just talk to people about what you do and leave them a pen to write or doodle with.
