Not too shabby for a speed model. A method I use for organic modelling is to lay out the basic shape in Zbrush using Zspheres, getting a good basic mesh to sculpt on top of, and then retopologizing it. You can get really good results really fast as long as you're comfortable enough painting your own edge flow. CONSIDER THAT SHIT.
